Hi all, nice to meet you. My background is in business management and marketing. I just quit my job and I am currently enrolled in a MBA with focus on the International Organisations in Geneva. As I'm embarking on this journey, I'm looking forward to see how I can bring in Acumen thinking to my study program.

If you have a spare minute of your day, please consider sending a thank you message to the world's volunteers: http://www.thanksto.com/campaign/thank-volunteers

This campaign is run by one of my fellow students here in the UK, and we'd really appreciate your help to leave a message and spread the campaign!

Many thanks, Lynsey

How Can Social Enterprise Drive Global Development?
Join the Debate on Nov. 22

Applying successful business models for social purposes may sound like a logical step toward solving global development challenges. But how do social enterprises work in practice?

Join Shell’s live webchat Enterprise Solutions to Global Development on Nov. 22 and gain valuable insight into social enterprises and their role in global development.

To mark The Shell Foundation's 10th anniversary, delegates, led by Director Chris West, will be driving dialogue on this important topic, with a focus on the following challenges:

- How do you solve problems that affect over half the world’s population?
- What scale of impact can enterprise solutions have?
- Why is it a challenge to achieve scale for global development projects?
- How do we pick the right partners to meet our global development aims?

Please register your interest here.
