Hello Everybody,

We are a social enterprise based out of India. We are traveling to UK in September for 3 weeks to conduct exhibitions and sales in association with the All India Craftworkers Welfare Association (AIACA) -http://www.aiacaonline.org. We are looking for on-ground collaborations in the UK where we could conduct events around a specific theme. We have currently been invited by a corporate to exhibit to their employees. It would be great if we could get similar opportunities and/or if you could find us organizations interested in ethical consumerism/business, fairtrade, women's groups or social enterprise groups that would be willing to collaborate with us. Hope to hear from you.

Hey London community members,

At Acumen we've been following a bit of the news about the riots in London.  I wanted to let you all know that our thoughts are with you and your families in London.  We hope everyone is finding a way to stay safe and sound.

Hi all, nice to meet you. My background is in business management and marketing. I just quit my job and I am currently enrolled in a MBA with focus on the International Organisations in Geneva. As there is no Acumen chapter yet in Geneva, I thought I'll best get started joining you :-) Looking forward to getting to know you and learn more about Acumen's work and how I could get involved. I'll be in London late August and beginning of October, so hopefully I'll get the opportunity to meet some of you or attend one of your activities.
