Stanford Social Innovation Review has two fantastic recent articles of relevance to spreading the movement for social enterprise:

Scaling Impact explores new models for scaling impact beyond increasing the size of the organization.

Working Wikily has excellent insights regarding how to use social media tools for greater social impact.

Your Thoughts---
Hello All, I will be leaving for Chennai, India on June 2 for a social entrepreneurship related trip. I am planning to be there till the end of June. I would love to meet up with other social entrepreneurs or visit social entrepreneurship organizations in the area. Any suggestion/thoughts? Thanks, Nancy

Participants range from For-profit businesses with a strong sense of social responsibility to Nonprofits with sustainable revenue-generation models. The Social E-Challenge provides participants with $50,000 in total final round prizes, as well as the resources and training to launch their startups: mixers, workshops, mentorship, and individual feedback from renowned judges."
